TENTATIVE ITINERARY

DAY 1- ARRIVAL DAY / ETOSHA NATIONAL PARK

You will be collected from the Windhoek airport. Please land into Windhoek airport before 10 am.

If you are not able to arrive before 10 am we recommend you fly in a day earlier and overnight at a nearby guesthouse (which we are able to arrange for you).

After pick up, we will spend the day traveling to Etosha National Park.

Overnight Okakeujo Restcamp inside the park Fully Serviced Camping. Breakfast and dinner included.

Day 2- ETOSHA NATIONAL PARK

Day 2 is spent on early morning and afternoon game drives in the Park in a 4 x 4 open safari vehicle.

This Park is one of the most important reserves and game sanctuaries in Africa with thousands of wild animals such as blue wildebeest, springbok, zebra, kudu, giraffe, cheetah, leopard, lion and elephant making this area their home.

Overnight Okakeujo Restcamp inside the park Fully Serviced Camping. Breakfast and dinner included.

Day 5- DAMARALAND

Early morning we visit a local Himba village, a semi-nomadic tribe, living in scattered settlements throughout the region. They are characterised by their proud yet friendly stature and the women are noted for their unusual beauty, enhanced by intricate hairstyles and traditional dress. A few hours are spent learning more about these fascinating people. Continuing south we arrive at Khowarib in the afternoon.

Hi! I’m Kelsey, an underwater photographer, expedition leader, and ocean advocate with a love for wild places and powerful encounters with nature. What began as a personal obsession with the sea quickly evolved into something bigger: organizing small group expeditions where people can swim alongside marine life, explore remote coastlines, and reconnect with something ancient and awe-inspiring beneath the surface.

Over the past 7+ years, I’ve led trips across French Polynesia, Mexico, Norway, and beyond, capturing moments that remind us how deeply we belong to this Earth. My mission is simple: to help others fall so in love with the ocean and nature so that they feel inspired to protect it. Because when we care, we change. And those small shifts in our daily lives? They ripple out.

I’m so excited to share the magic of this place with travelers who crave meaning, depth, and a passion for wildlife, nature and landscapes.

Emma Kulkarni

Hi! I’m Emma - a photographer, veterinarian, and lifelong animal lover with a deep passion for travel and wildlife conservation. Over the past 10 years, photography has taken me around the world, but I keep finding my way back to one place that feels like magic: Namibia. I've visited five times already, and each trip leaves me more inspired than the last.

When I’m not behind the lens, I work as an emergency veterinarian - a fast-paced, challenging role that’s taught me a lot about resilience, compassion, and staying calm in the wild (in more ways than one). I’m especially drawn to destinations that prioritize wildlife conservation, and I love using photography to tell the stories of these places and the incredible creatures that inhabit them.

Co-hosting this trip to Namibia is a dream come true. I can't wait to share the landscapes, the light, and the wild moments with fellow travelers who care about both adventure and impact.

Important Notes:

This is an adventure trip, designed for the wild at heart and nature lovers. Facilities in some bush camps are basic but unforgettable.
Itinerary subject to change depending on weather and local conditions.
A moderate level of fitness is recommended for walks and activities.
Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended departure from Namibia.
- Should have at least 2–3 blank pages for entry and exit stamps.
Visa-free entry for up to 90 days per year is allowed for many passport holders including:
- USA, Canada, UK, EU countries, Australia & New Zealand
Non-Refundable Deposit of $1200 to reserve spot
The remainder of the payment is due in 3 payment installations and 120 days prior to trip
