
Part-Time Creative Brand & Strategy Lead
🐋 ABOUT THE BRAND
We’re building a global, adventure-fueled community rooted in ocean exploration, real storytelling, and unforgettable travel experiences, from swimming with humpbacks to off-grid safaris, with plans to expand into liveaboards, curated retreats, and more.
Right now, I’m a one-woman show, and I’m looking for a Creative Brand & Strategy Lead, someone who’s not just organized and proactive, but excited to bring bold ideas to the table and help lead the brand into its next chapter. This is a hybrid role that blends brand building, community engagement, and strategic growth. Location: Remote
Hours: 10–20 hrs/week
Start Date: Flexible, ideally end of June or early July.
I’ll be on expedition until late June and most of August–October, so I'd love to bring someone on who can onboard during July and hit the ground running. This role is designed to support the brand while I’m leading trips, so if you’re independent, proactive, and excited to co-create, I want to hear from you.
Pay: DOE (Depends on Experience).
This is a part-time, remote role with flexible hours and room to grow. We’ll discuss pay based on your experience, skills, and what kind of contribution you're excited to bring to the brand. If you’re the right fit, I’m open to evolving this into a longer-term role with more hours or increased pay as the business scales. Starting with a 6 month trial and potentially flying you down to French Polynesia during the whale season for a week or two.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Business & Trip Support:

Maintain spreadsheets and assist with booking logistics

Research and reach out to new trip opportunities, locations, and partner operators

Help find and vet NGOs or conservation initiatives to collaborate with

Reply to customer inquiries and help manage inbox communication

Assist with creating marine life presentations for guests, especially for whale and orca expeditions
Website & Blogging:

Keep the website updated with new trip launches, info, blog content and marketing campaigns

Write or collaborate on blog posts that reflect the brand’s voice and mission

Support in sourcing and coordinating with a web designer for future site updates

Contribute to creating a more engaging, community-centered online experience
Community & Marketing:

Potentially assist with content scheduling and planning for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

Help develop content ideas, captions, and manage Meta/Facebook ads

Research and coordinate outreach to aligned creators, brands, and platforms

Contribute to visibility strategies that help grow a meaningful travel community
Creative Content & Promotions:

Design simple graphics for trip promotions, Instagram stories, and reels

Assist with creating visual assets for newsletters, launches, and product drops

Help turn raw content (photo/video) into polished, on-brand material

Collaborate on developing branded merchandise — from concept to launch
Big Picture Vision Support:

Collaborate on scaling the business

Offer input on expanding into travel agent offerings such as liveaboards and curated adventures

Help shape and grow a global travel community that connects people who love to travel to nature and to each other
