Expedition Leader

๐Ÿ‹  ABOUT THE BRAND

We’re building a global, adventure-fueled community rooted in ocean exploration, real storytelling, and unforgettable travel experiences, from swimming with humpbacks to off-grid safaris, with plans to expand into liveaboards, curated retreats, and more.

โ€‹

We’re looking to connect with experienced, adaptable, and people-focused expedition leaders for future trips and opportunities.

โ€‹

This is not for a specific destination or departure date. We’re looking to build relationships with individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy working closely with people, and can confidently handle the moving parts that come with running remote or adventure-based experiences.

โ€‹

I’d love to hear from you.

Expedition Leader / Expedition Support

Wander Out Expeditions is looking to connect with experienced, adaptable, and community-oriented humans for future expedition leadership opportunities.

โ€‹

This is not a traditional corporate travel role. Our expeditions operate in remote ocean environments where leadership, adaptability, calm energy, and human connection matter just as much as logistics and operations.

โ€‹Opportunities may arise for select upcoming expeditions as well as future seasons.
